Jacob’s Turn, Inspirational Video for Special Ed Week

We’re just taking our time here to talk about Special Ed Week.  It may have already come and gone, but we feel the issue deserves a ‘good look’.

Here’s a video titled, “Jacob’s Turn”.  This is an excellent point of view showing a mother’s personal apprehension, concerns and perspective about her son’s interaction with other children and the town’s people’s response to Jacob. 

Jacob was diagnosed with Down Syndrome, but in spite of his special needs, he’s still just Jacob…an adorable 4 year old child involved in baseball in his town.
